RESOLUTION NO. 59-80
WHEREAS the City of Shorewood does hereby upon receipt of the
cash from the petitioners, accept and approve the low
bid plans and specifications from Widmer Brothers of
$4,400 plus $1,400 road replacement costs for the exten-
sion of a water line from Tonka Bay to serve the properties
at 25360-70 and 80 Birch Bluff Road per a request dated
August 5, 1980.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, this 8th day of September,
1980.
