RESOLUTION NO. 58-80

RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Shorewood
hereby approves the division of a parcel of land now described
by Hennepin County as Property Identification No. 34-117-23-32-0008
~nto two parcels described as Parcel A: Lot 10, Block 1, except
the east 125 feet; and Parcel B: Lots 11 and 12, Block 1, except
the east 125 feet, all in Minnetonka Hills, 2nd Addition.
