WHEREAS~ the Pollution Control Agency has approved the City
of Shorewood's application for the Infiltration/Inflow
Study of Phase I and Phase II.
BE It RESOLVED~ that the City Engineer is hereby authorized
to proceed with Phase I and Phase II of the Infi1tration/
Inflow Study~ with the guarantee that the funds are still
available from the State and the Federal.
~DOPTED by the Council of the City of Shorewood~ Hennepin County~
State of Minnesota~ this 25th day of August~ 1980.
