RESOLUTION NO. 53-80
WHEREAS, the COtIDcil of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, State
of Minnesota, acknowledges receipt of Orr-Sche1en-Mayeron and
Associates "Feasibility Report and Estimate of Cost on Deep Well
...Project 8O-WWl",dated July 14, 1980 regarding the proposed
well installation at Boulder Bridge; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood does hereby
authorize the City Engineer to prepare the plans and specifications
accordingly.
AOOPTED by the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County, State
of Minnesota, this 28th day of July, 1980.

RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that property included
within and platted as "Boulder Bridge 'Farm" by the construction
of a deep well, pump house and appurtenances and, with the consent
and agreement of the owner thereof, to assess the benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewodd, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr-Schelen-
Mayeron and Associates, Inc. for study and that they are in-
structed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost mf the improvement as
recommended.
