RESOLUTION NO. 51-80
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood, Hennepin County,
State of Minnesota, does hereby approve the public sale
of tax forfeited property described as part of Lot 21,
Block 1, Enchanted Park, Property Identification No.
30-117-23-33-0018, and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that all special assessments of the
above referred to property be reassessed after property
is returned to private ownership.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, this 14th day of July, 1980.
