RESOLUTION NO. 49-80
RESOLVED, that the final plat of a Registered Land Survey as
prepared by Egan, Field, & Nowak received July 10, 1980 for Donald
Rippel of 28190 Woodside Road (P.I.D. #32=117-23=31 0003) is hereby
approved provided that the owner furnish a copy of the permanent
road easement as an attachment to the Registered Land Survey for the
City of Shorewood records, and further that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the plat.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood this
14th day of July, 1980.
