80-046 RESOLUTION NO. 46-80 1979 Transfers - Permanent: - WHEREAS council has previously approved a contract for the construction of the City Hall with certain various additions and amend- ments, and WHEREAS the council agreed to finance construction from available liquor funds, federal revenue sharing funds and utility operating funds, and WHEREAS the council has previously approved permanent transfer of funds of $10,000 from liquor funds and $15,000 from federal revenue sharing and $25,000 from utility operating fund, BE IT RESOLVED, that the council hereby approves the further permanent transfer of $55,000 from the liquor funds, $15,000 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Funds, and $25,000 from Utility Operating Fund to the City Hall Construction Fund effective January 1, 1980. e Total Disbursements through 12/31/79 for City Hall Construction and Equipment $141,762.51 Transfer of Funds - 1979 50,000.00 ( 91,672.51) Transfer of Funds 1/1/80 95,000.00 Balance in Fund $ 3,237.49 ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood the 23rd day of June, 1980. .
