RESOLUrION NO. 44-80
.
WHEREAS, the Cotmcil of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin Cotmty, State of
Minnesota, does hereby approve of the request by Gerald E. Mundt,
architect for American Care Facilities, Inc., for the City of
Shorewood, to provide municipal water and appurtenant improvements;
and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Cotmcil of Shorewood hereby authorizes
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc., City Engineers, to pre-
pare the. plans and specifications for water and appurtenant improve-
ments, which costs will be assessed against Lots 32 and 37, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 133 (P. LD. No. 33-117-23-44-0001).
ADOPTED by the Cotmcil of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin Cotmty, State of
Minnesota, this 23rd day of Jtme, 1980.
