BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, has approved Philip J. Wartman:" and
Rita Wartman's (5840 Cathcart Drive, P.I.D. No. 32-117-23~32-00(4)
request to divide Lot 1, Block 1, Afton Meadows, of 70,()(X) square
footage into two lots; and
FlJR.TIIER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the two newly created lots consist of
approximately 35,()(X) square footage each: the present house to
be located on the south approximately 110' running along Cathcart
Drive, and
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Shore~ has
approved this division in accordance with the proposed division
and survey dated May 23, 1980, subject to all applicable division
costs.
