WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood understands that the
City of Eden Prairie is the sponsoring city for the South West
Trails Association, and
WHEREAS the City of Shorewood also understands and agrees
to the fact that South West Trails Association, under the
Department of Natural Resources Grants-In-Aid program, will be
constructing a snowmobile trail through the City of Shorewood.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood
~ does agree to the construction of the trail, but assumes no
liability or responsibility for the trail or for South West
Trails Association.
