RESOLUTION NO. 38-80
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the Council does hereby approve the division of the
property described as follows:
All that part of the West One Hundred Twenty Three and
Twenty Six Hundredths (W 123.26) feet of the East Two
Hundred and Twenty Six Hundredths (E 220.26) feet of
Lot One Hundred One (101), Auditor's Subdivision Number
One Hundred Thirty Three (133), Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
2. That the property described in paragraph one (1) above
be divided as follows:
a.) All that part of the West One Hundred Twenty Three and
Twenty Six Hundredths (W 123.26) feet of the East Two
Hundred and Twenty Six Hundredths (E 220.26) feet of
Lot One Hundred One (101), Auditor's Subdivision
Number One Hundred Thirty Three (133), Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying North of a line parallel to the South
line of said lot, drawn through a point on the West
line of said East Two Hundred Twenty and Twenty Six
Hundredths (E 220.26) feet, a distance of One Hundred
Forty Four and Fourteen Hundredths (144.14) feet South
of the Northwest corner thereof.
b.) All that part of the West One Hundred Twenty Three and
Twenty Six Hundredths (W 123.26) feet of the East Two
Hundred and Twenty Six Hundredths (E 220.26) feet of
Lot One Hundred One (101), Auditor's Subdivision Number
One Hundred Thirty Three (133), Hennepin County,
Minnesota, except that part thereof lying North of a
line parallel to the South line of said lot, drawn
through a point on the West line of said East Two
Hundred Twenty and Twenty Six Hundredths (E 220.26)
