RESOLUTION NO 0 34-80
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council adopted the 5th day
of November, 1979, fixed a date for a Council hearing on a proposed
improvement for the construction of a municipal well and appurtenances
to serve the following described property:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 213, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 135; thence East to the Southeast corner
thereof; thence North to a point 758.25 North from the
South line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 34, Township 117, Range 23; thence West 160 feet;
thence North parallel with the East line of Lot 213 to
the Southerly line of the Old Highway No. 7 right-of-way;
thence Southwesterly and Westerly along said right-of-way
line to the Northwest corner of Lot 213; thence South to
the point of beginning, and also including adjacent
vacated road, Lots 213 and 290, Auditor's Subdivision No.
135 in the City of Shorewood, Minnesota
AND, WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing was
given as required by law and the hearing was held on the 17th day of
December, 1979, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Shorewood,
Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the 5th day of November, 1979.
2. Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated
as the engineer for this improvement. It shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
On vote being taken there were 5 yeas,
