RESOLUTION NO. 33-80
RESOLVED, that the final plat along with the final revised
construction agreement of a plat known as "Wild Duck 3rd Addition"
is hereby approved and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said plat and agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
the 28th day of May, 1980.

I, Elsa I. Wiltsey, duly appointed Clerk of the City of
Shorewood, Hennepin County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that
the above resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution
