WHEREAS, James Bruce, 1010 Bolly Lane, has requested approval of
division of his property described as Lot 175, east 33 feet of
143, Auditor's Subdivision 120, into three lots as shown on
plat survey prepared by Schoell and Madsen dated the 13th day
of March, 1980.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that approval be given for the pre-
liminary plat , subject to the following:
1. any applicable additional costs, and
2. to locate the water main serving Lot 2 (the Northeast
Lot) on the survey and shown as easement over Lot 3 (
(Southeast Lot), or relocate the existing water main.
AOOPTED by the City Cotmcil of the City of Shorewood, Hennepin COtmty,
State of Minnesota, this 14th day of April, 1980.
