RESOLUTION NO. 28-80
WHEREAS, Allen McCutcheon, 5740 Minnetonka Drive, has
requested this Council to grant a variance to authorize the
construction of a building to be used as a private garage,
the size being 26x30 feet, to be located on the east 1/2 of
Lot 9, Block 2, Minnetonka Hills First Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a variance author-
izing the construction be granted, subject to the following:
1. All outside storage of all kinds to be prohibited
on said lot except for one boat.
2. No commercial use of the building is to be made by
the owner of said lot.
3. The structure to be located no closer to Clover Lane
4It than the setbacks of adjacent properties.
4. The applicant to agree in writing to these terms on
or before the issuance of a building permit. In the event of
violation, all use of the structure for any purpose is to be
discontinued.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood the
14th day of April, 1980.
