RESOLUTION NO. 27-80 WHEREAS, the engineer has been requested to specifically identify the number of square feet of wetlands included in the application for rezoning by Howard's Point Marina and to make that information available to the Planning Commission, and WHEREAS, an amended plot plan has been filed by the applicant, Howard's Point Marina, which plot plan shows no requested variances for location of docks, and WHEREAS, in the opinion of the council this information, and other information, should be made available to the Planning Commission to permit that commission to make an updated and . detailed report to the council; NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The application for rezoning filed by Howard's Point Marina is hereby referred back to the Planning Commission with the request that that commission submit specific findings of fact supporting any conclusion it arrives at on the application for rezoning and that those findings be based upon the ordinance as written and as interpreted by the council; to that end the two opinions submitted by the City Attorney relative to the application are adopted by the council as embodying, its interpretation of the question of inclusion of wetlands and non-conforming use of buildings. .
