RESOLUTION

RESOLVED That Northwest Associates Consultants,
Inc. be hereby appointed as planners for the City of
Shorewood for the year 1980, and that the Mayor and
Clerk be authorized to execute the contract for services,
a copy of which has been reviewed by this council.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood
the 23rd day of January, 1980.
