Notification of the total assessment~re given to Tom Warbnan, representative of Boulder Bridge assessments. Norton explained the procedure for establishing the engineering costs. He felt that due to the fact that the developer had had engineering work and cost previously expensed that he (Tom Wartman) should receive SC>I'l'e consideration for that cost. Attorney Larson and Fngineer Norton recorrmended that the CoLmci1 accept the indirect cost charge and total cost of all projects in the amount of $642,715.88 to be assigned to the assessment rolls.
