RECONFIRMING TREE RElOJAL RESOLUTION:
A Reconfirming Tree Rerooval Resolution was not necessary to pass because total
compliance by residents was met, by rem:>ving all marked trees.
Shaw recomnended grant and City contracted tree bids be awarded to lowest bidder
with proof of proper insurance and workrrens canpensation or with letter fran
contractor stating ti1y .it is not necessary for him to have workmens canpensation.
