Public hearing was opened at 8:00 P.M. with the delinquent utility rolls being
presented to the City Council. ~ved by Shaw, seconded by Haugen, to accept the

Request was made by Mimetonka Transmission to install a free-standing lighted
sign to be located at 24275 Smithtown Road. l-bved by Shaw, seconded by Haugen,
to table until owner, Charles Howe, can make appearance in front of the Council.
