RESOLUTION APPROVING DIVISION OF MICHAEL J. PIERRO PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, Michael J. pierro has made an application for
division of certain property within the City of Shorewood, County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said request requires a variance from Shorewood
ordinances; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held upon due notice by the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, all appropriate fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood:
1. That the pierro property shall be divided into two
parcels described as follows:
PARCEL I
That part of Lot 161, Auditor's Subdivision No. 120 Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying West of the following described line: Commencing at
the Southwest corner of said Lot 161; thence Easterly 313 feet
measured along the Southerly line of said lot to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence Northerly on a line
parallel with the westerly line of said lot to the Northerly line of
said lot and there terminating.
PARCEL II
Lot 161, Auditor's Subdivision No. 120 Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except that part lying West of the following described line:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 161; thence Easterly
313 feet measured along the Southerly line of said lot to the point
of beginning of the line to be described; thence Northerly on a line
parallel with the Westerly line of said lot to the Northerly line of
said lot and there terminating.
That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to furnish Michael
J. Pierro with a certified copy of this Resolution upon payment of
all appropriate fees.
