RESOLUTION APPROVING SIMPLE DIVISION OF GERALD RODDY PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, Gerald Roddy has made an application for the
division of Tract C, Registered Land Survey 1083 within the City of
Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, said request complies with requirements of City
ordinances; and
WHEREAS, all appropriate fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, Minnesota that Tract C, Registered Land Survey
1083 be divided into two parcels described as:
Tract A and Tract B, Registered Land Survey No.
