RESOLUTION, NO. 36;""A.;..8l e BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of ShoretlXXXi, Hermepin County, State of Mirmesota, adopts the "Procedural Guides Urban Hermepin County Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program, July, 1981", as supplied by the Hermepin County Office of Plarming and Development, for the purpose of providing housing rehabilitation grants to eligible homeowners within the City funded from the Urban Hermepin County Conmunity Development Block Grant Program, and BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hermepin County, State of Mirmesota, requests that Hermepin County, as the responsible Urban Hermepin County CDBG recipient, administer the Housing Rehabilitation Grant Program within the City as approved through and ftmded by the Urban Hermepin County CDBG program, and BE IT FUR1HER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Hermepin County, State of Minnesota, authorizes the use by Hermepin County of seven percent of the Urban Hennepin County CDBG entitlement amount approved for expenditure within the City for the purPOse of providing housing rehabilitation grants to reimburse the County for related administrative expenses effective July 2, 1981. The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: e Acting Mayor Rascop, Councilmembers Jan Haugen, Tad Shaw, and Alexander Leonardo. Shall be fully informed regarding federal, state and county programs which affect the Municipality. 12. Shall assume the duties of Zoning Administrator and must have a thorough working knowledge of all City Ordinances and Resolutions and determine when variances and conditional use permits are necessary and process appropriate applications. 13. Shall direct and monitor the liquor store and make reports to the Liquor Commission in regard to business activities. 14. Shall write job descriptions for all employees. 15. Shall supervise the street, water and sewer department superintendant. 16. Shall prepare agendas for Council Meeting. Prepare complete background information on items on the Agenda, recommend appropriate council action on agenda items. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 3rd , 1981. day of September
