CITY OF SHORE\mD, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the. City. of ShoreWbod, Minnesota and the County of Hennepin
have in effect a Joint Cooperatiorl Agreement, County Contract No. 90470,
for the purposes of the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development Corrmunity Developnent Block Grant Program, am
WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement and
execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County Contract No. 10408 ;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the cu:rrent Joint Cooperation Agreement between the
City and the County, County Contract No. 90470 be terminated effective
September 30, 1981 and a new Joint CocperationAgrGemerlt between the
City and the County, County Contract No. 10408, bG executed effective
October 1, 1981, and that the Mayor. and the Clerk be authorized to sign
the Agreement on behalf of the City.
The question was on the adoption qf the resolution, and upon a vote being
duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
