RESOLUTION NO. 31-81
RESOLUTION APPROVING RETURN OF ASSESSMENT FEE
WHEREAS, Phillip Watterberg has requested that his property
described as Tract D, Registered Land Survey No. 1083, has previously
been declared unbuildable by the City of Shore wood at a meeting on
July 11, 1977; and
WHEREAS, said property is identified for tax purposes as
PID No. 25 117 23 34 0014; and
WHEREAS, said property has been assessed a sewer
assessment; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has paid from 1973 through and
including 1981, principal and interest on said sewer assessment
$1,818.15.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Shorewood:
1. That the sewer assessment against property identified
as PID No. 25 117 23 34 0014 be removed from the assessment roll and
Hennepin County be instructed to remove any future assessment
payments from the property.
2. That the City Treasurer be directed to return to
Phillip Watterberg, $1,818.15 for payments principal and interest
payments made on said sewer assessment.
