He requested legal opinion on the possibility of the use of special levies to sustain next year's program. Rascop \O.ll.d like to set meeting with neighborllood to discuss the necessity and the interest to continue this Program. A request was made to direct a letter to Shade Tree Program stating that the City Council wishes to continue the Tree Program next year.
