Professional/Medical Bui1ding,subnitted a traffic study wch was completed
by Bennett-Ri.ngrose-Wo1fsfe1d-.Ja~rdner, Inc.
'!he impact of added traffic to Lake Linden Road, Yellowstone Trail, and
County Aid Highway No. 19 was discussed.
A petition was subnitted by Paul Swanson of 24460 Yellowstone Trail as he was
representing neighbors in opposition to the deve1opnent.
r-bved by Haugen, seconded by Shaw, to approve the Conditional Use Pennit subject
to conditions to be spelled out in resolution.

Mike and Peter Pflaum of Near r-buntain Properties complied with the request of
the Council and subnitted their final plan to the Council by June 30, 1981.
Council detennined that a central well with back-up water ~d be required in
this deve1opnent. Council ordered City Engineer to do a Water Feasibility
Update Study (at the cost of the developer).

DRAINAGE PROBLEMS:
Gene Patch, 23930 Smithtown Road
Gene Patch requested the City to supply the labor at City cost to correct a
drainage problem, fran County'Road No. 19, that affects Mr. patch and Mr. fun
Shafer of 23880 Smithtown Road. He l\OUl.d like to alter current drainage.
In the absence of Engineer Norton, it was IOOVed by Shaw, seconded by Leonardo,
to table the request to the meeting of August 10th men Mr . Patch and Engineer
