Attorney Van Brockenberg representing Goering, Courture & Courture presented a
request to separate Lot 12 from Lot 13 Radisson Inn Addition wch currently
are combined in one parcel Property Identification No'. 36-117-23-22-0013.
Concerns about the shortage of square feet to meet the R-l zoning and the lack
of opened access over platted Garden Lane were expressed by the Council.
t-bved by Haugen, seconded by Shaw, to deny the request for division of Lot 12
