RESOLUTION NO. 19-81
. RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Shorewoocl hereby approves
the detachment of the following property from Parcel PID #26-117-23-14-0064
described as:
Lots 16 and the south 10 feet of Lot 17, Block 11, Minnetonka
Manor, and combine with Parcel PID #26-117-23-14-0063 (Lots
14 and 15)
FURTHER RESOLVED that this parcel will become a non-buildable parcel to serve
only as a buffer between the residential-commercial property and the
residential property.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood the 22nd day of June,
1981.
