RESOLUTION NO. 17-81
I
WHEREAS the City of Shorewood has reviewed the Project Status Report
for Conm.mity Development Block Grant Funds;
WHEREAS it has been detennined that certain balances remaining in cer-
tain projects will no longer be needed for those projects, and it was noted
that more funds are needed for housing rehabilitation;
WHEREAS, the Council conducted a public hearing on June 1, 1981 on the
proposal to make certain transfers from one project to another;
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Shorewood hereby agrees
to make the following transfers of Corrmunity Development Funds:
From Project 613 - Architectual Barriers to Project
From Project 660 - Administration to Project 586
From Project 659 - Housing Study to Project 586
From Project 714 - Administration to Project 586
586 = $ 10,224.

For a Total of $12,455. to be transferred
to Project 586, for Housing Rehabilitation

FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED that the Income Limits be raised to Section 8
Standards as it pertains to Diseased Tree Removal Only on Projects No. 682
and No. 405.
