RESOLUTION NO. 14-81
WHEREAS, the proposed sewer extension for service to the
new residence located at 23620-23622 (double house)
and presently owned by James Dutcher does conform to
the comprehensive sewer plan based on the engineer's
review;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Shorewood does
hereby approve the application for a permit for a
connection to the Metro Sewer Interceptor for the
aforementioned location, and
FURTHER, that the Clerk is authorized to transmit said
application to the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission.

ADOPTED, by the Council of the City of Shorewood,
Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, this 27th day of
April, 1981.
