82-076 t - e e RESOLUTION NO. 7&-?~ RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, by resolution passed by the Council on the 13th day of September, 1982, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll for the street and utility improvmements in Amesbury West: and HHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in her office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Shorewood, Minnesota: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 27th day of September, 1982 in the City Hall at 9:00 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assessment. At such time and place, all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. That the City Clerk has received in writing from McNulty Construction Company and R. James McNulty, Jr., its Vice President, a waiver of the Notice of Hearing on the proposed assessment and the Clerk is therefore instructed not to cause notice of said hearing to be published in the newspaper or to give mailed notice to said McNulty Construction Company.
