TO HENnEPIN COUnTY.
\7HEREAS, the City of ShoreVlood \Vishes to return certain
forfeited property back to the City's tax rolls;
nOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, that Tract E, RLS Ho. 241 be reconveyecJ to Hennepin.
County for release and public sale to abutting land owners with the .
restriction that the property is non-buildable and that the City
retains easement for utility purposes.
BE IT RESOLVED FIJRTI!ER, that Tract Ii, FIJS tJo. 241 be ~
released by the County for sale to abutting land owners as a
non-buildable tract retained as easements for City utility purposes.
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Clerk and Hayor are
hereby authorized to execute all documents necessarv to accomplish
said transfers.
