RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition by
residents concerning the traffic situation on Country Club Road and
Yellowstone Trail; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the reports of the
neighbors, the South Lake Minnetonka Public Safety Department,
Excelsior Fire Department and other interested organizations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that
stop signs be erected in the following locations:
1. Northbound and southbound on Country Club Road at the
intersection of Echo Road; and
2. Eastbound and westbound on Yellowstone Trail at the
intersection of Lake Linden Drive.
