RESOLUTION NO. UJ5-~2.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to
on the day of
City's consulting engineer, has
the improvement of the Amesbury
plans and specifications to the
Resolution passed by the City Council
, 198 , Orr, Schelen & Mayeron, the
prepared plans and specifications for
back-up well, and has presented such
Council for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of
Shorewood, Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official newspaper for the City and in the construction
bulletin an advertisement for bids on the making of such improvement
under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall
be published for two days and shall specify the work to be done and
shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 11 o'clock
a.m. on July 8, 1982, at which time they would be publicly opened in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City Clerk and Engineer.
They will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at
8 o'clock p.m. at the regularly scheduled meeting on July 12, 1982 in
the Council Chambers. No bids will be considered unless sealed and
filed with the Clerk, and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City for 5% (five
percent) of the amount of such bid.
