WHEREAS, Thomas E. Holloran has made an application for the
division of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 596 for a strip of
land to be joined with Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 995 within
the City of Shorewood, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota: and
WHEREAS, said request complies with all requirements of
City ordinances: and
WHEREAS, all appropriate fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, Minnesota that the following descriptions,
divisions and combinations are hereby approved:
PARCEL A

Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 995, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, and that part of Tract A, Registered Land
Survey No. 596, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin
which lies easterly and northerly of the following described line and
its easterly extension: Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract
G, Registered Land Survey No. 241, Files of Registrar of Titles,
County of Hennepin: thence on an assumed bearing of South, along the
east line of said Tract G and along the east line of said Tract A, a
distance of 224.72 feet, to the southwest corner of Tract B,
Registered Land Survey No. 995, Files of Registrar of Titles, County
of Hennepin: thence South 79 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East about
150 feet to the shoreline of Christmas Lake and said line there
terminating.
PARCEL B
Tract G, Registered Land Survey No. 241, Files of Registrar of
Titles, County of Hennepin, and that part of Tract A, Registered Land
Survey No. 596, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin
which lies westerly and southerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract G, Registered Land Survey
No. 241, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin: thence on
an assumed bearing of South, along the east line of said Tract G and
along the east line of said Tract A, a distance of 224.72 feet to the
southwest corner of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 995, Files of
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin: thence South 79 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds East about 150 feet to the shoreline of Christmas
Lake and said line there terminating.
