WHEREAS, complaints have been received from the residents along
Third Avenue that the road is almost impossible during the winter
months because of parked cars and narrowed streets.
WHEREAS, the local police department has agreed that "No Parking
Zones" may be effective in controlling the situation.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Shorewood City Council declares the
street a "No Parking Zone" from November 1st of each year .to
March 31st of each year and that the street will be duly marked
a "No Parking Zone" during these months.
Adopted by the Shorewood City Council, Hennepin
County, State of Minnesota, on the 8th day of
February, 1982.
