RESOLUTION NO. 06- 006
A RESOLUTION REJECTING PROPOSALS FOR THE
DRY HYDRANT RELOCATION PROJECT,
CITY PROJECT NO. 05-03
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 05-063, adopted July 11, 2005, Plans
Specifications, and an Engineers estimate were ordered for the relocation of a dry hydrant
located at 4550 Enchanted Point, under Chapter 429 of the Minnesota State Statute; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 05-076, adopted on August 22,2005,
proposals were accepted and prepared for award to G. F. Jedlicki, Inc. for said
improvement; and
WHEREAS, petitioners for said improvement project declined to accept costs
associated with said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Shorewood as follows:
1. That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby directed to reject
proposals received for this project.
2. That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with said proposals.
