RE'SOLUTION
Don Latterner, proposing to purchase the }.11nnetonka Dredging CompMlY,
including the land and equipnent, requested the council to pennit. continuance
of the non-conforming use of the property.
WHEREAS, the new owner Don Latterner . will merely continue the same non-
conforming use of the, Anson Masa property and the council bas detemined that
1950 is the average year tor the building construction, Trustee Freyermuth
moved, to adopt a resolution whereby Don Lattemer be granted an e:x:t.ension of
the non---conf orming use ot the property, until the year 1990 in accordance with
provisions of the Shorewood Zoning Ordinance No. S.
Seconded by Trustee Janvrin and resolution passed by a unanimous vote of
the council.
If the undersigned, being the du~ q,ualified and acting Clerk ot the
Village or Shorewood hereby certify that the above resolution is a true and
correct copy ofa resolution dul:y adopt:,ed by the ViJ.1B.ge council of the
