PLANNING SERVICES:
The Planning contract is a continuing contract unless either
party give a 30 day written notice that they will terminate
the agreement. The Planning Firm has informed us that the
1982 fees will stay as they were in 1981. [Attachment #3a]
ENGINEER SERVICES:
I have requested that Jim Norton provide us with a new
engineering contract for 1982.
LEGAL SERVICES
In 1982 the services of Pemb-erthy and Larson, Ltd. will cost
$225/month retainer for attendance at 2 regular council meet-
ings/month, and $65.00 an hour for any and all additional
legal services. [Attachment #3b]
