CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 94-~
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF
OFF-SYSTEM STATE AID FUNDING FOR
THE VINE HILL INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable
the City of Shorewood to participate in the cost
project located on T.H. No. 7 within the

S.P. No. 2706-175.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Shorewood, Minnesota as follows:
We do hereby appropriate from our Municipal state Aid
street Funds the sum of $ 39.000.00 to apply toward
the construction of said project and request the
Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Shorewood on
this 14th day of February, 1994.
