RESOLUTION NO. 94- 18
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TREE TRIMMER LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Code Section 305 provides for
the annual licensing of tree trimmers in the City; and
WHEREAS, said Section provides that an applicant submit
a letter of intent and fulfill certain requirements concerning
insurance coverage and pay licensing fee; and
WHEREAS, the following applicant has satisfactorily
completed this process and has submitted the requirements for the
issuance of a License for Tree Trimmers.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Shorewood as follows:
That a License for Tree Trimming be issued from February 14,
1994 to December 31, 1994, to the following applicant:

WITHIN THE CITY OF SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA
PURSUANT TO THE APPLICATION OF Folie Broqg. dated Februarv 3. 1994.
LICENSE IS HEREBY GRANTED TO Davev Tree Expert CompanY. Inc. for
the term beginning the 14th day of February, 1994, to carryon the
business of tree trimming within the city of Shorewood, Minnesota
as set forth in and pursuant to Chapter 305 of the Shorewood City
Code, subject to all the laws of the state of Minnesota, and the
ordinances and regulations of the city of Shorewood relating
thereto and which are made a part hereof, and subject to revocation
at any time for violation thereof. Permit to expire on December 31,
1994.
