Frank Kelly will explain the actual transfers being made. The new survey received now describes only the Lot 159 as approved previously by the council. Garage - Existing house and basement garage are only 17 ft. from road r/w. He wishes to add on a single garage on the south side--in line with house. If this is approved, the garage would then cut off any possible future access to the rear of the property. The transfer of property has not yet been finalized but he would like to get approval for the garage before he makes the transfers. I have not been able to find out why he wants to place the garage so close to the lot line, except to clear the utility easement (not needed). Budget: I didn't get it typed in a form presentable to the council. A proposed budget will be ready by Monday's meeting. Still don't have an actual plan on where the water line was actually stubbed off in that area. Will have some- thing more definite by Monday but I think it stops at the lot across the street since this lot did not pay toward the construction. Would it not be wise to get contract or agreement with Excelsior before any more extensions are permitted? Larry Coulture - the surveyor has now purchased the lot and interest from Gary Nece of the house on Wiltsey Lane. He is requesting an extension of time to plant the trees in the spring and agreed to put money in escrow for the cost of the trees and installation. Lloyd Bache: Will have further information from Jerome Studer on Monday as to whether the agreement was fulfilled by the city. The Mayor and I met with Joe Gorechi before the information on Revenue Bonding had been received. Perhaps the Mayor will have additional information by Monday. The appointment would be appreciated at this time so that some end of the year confirmations can be started. . . REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING BADGER PARK RECREATION BUILDING NOVEMBER 19, 1979 5:00 P.M.
