APPROVAL OF CLAIMS June 11, 1976 d'~~I'~' ~.vJ? ~~~ Memo to tse Council ~ From Elsa Comments Relating to Items on the Agenda - 6/14170 No. 11 - Kenneth Koehnen requested a permit to allow a double bungalow on Parcel 670 which is in the R-1 zone. There are several doubles in the area and property overlooks Excelsior apartments. I hesitated to put it on the agenda since I know the council would like to give it more consideration than what can be discussed at the meeting. ~will no doubt appear. I have enclosed a copy of the sewer-as-builts showing the sewer easements qn the lot as well as three manholes. He was pai'=l8 paid $375 for the easement. The manholes on the lot seem to be the main objection for prospective buyers for single family homes. No.6 b - I have asked Frank to draw up an ordinm:e setting fees for divisions that do notcome under the classification of Subdivisions. Each division t.hat is approved takes a lot of research in this office before and then after the split .there are numerous operations through the division of sewer;.lssessments, follow up on spread sheets and resolutions that must be certified'to the county which involves at least six hours work in all. ., No. 10 - S & M Builders will be present and request a variance. I am not too sure ,what he really wants and what is agreeable to the next door neighbor. There seems to be 2 different surveys on the property. The second survey shows the neighbor's (Duby - whose house was built by S & M) fence and part of driveway to be over on the lot he proposes to build on at this time. If Mr. Studer is back he will be at the meeting and I would not issue the permit until everything is straightened out between th~ Duoy and the builder. N6.~12 - The ad for the bids had not yet been written up but approval can be given so we can advertise the following week. I am taking a few days off and the Honorable Steve Frazier expects to be gone on Monday as well so I really worked to make this Agenda as short as I could for Shirley and Bill.
