RESOLUTION NO.
4-93
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET, STORM SEWER,
AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
OLD MARKET ROAD - CITY PROJECT 91-4
WHEREAS, the City of Shorewood has entered into a contract with Hardrives,
Incorporated for said street, storm sewer, and watermain improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has petitioned for final acceptance of the project based on
performance to date; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been performed by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
The City hereby accepts Change Order number 2 and the work completed pursuant to said
contract, and approves payment of the final construction claim, subject to the following items:
1. The Contractor must make satisfactory showing that he has complied with the
provisions of Minnesota Statues 290.92 requiring withholding State income tax;
and
2. Evidence in the form of an affidavit that all claims against the contractor by
reasons of the contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, of the City of Shorewood this 11th day of
January, 1993.
