RESOLUTION NO.
46 -93
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING A COMPROMISE ON
BOULDER BRIDGE FARMS DOCK REQUEST
WHEREAS, the Shorewood City Council has been petitioned on
behalf of 39 members of the Boulder Bridge Farm Homeowners
Association requesting assistance in their request to reconfigure
six of forty authorized boat slips from the lagoon to Lake
Minnetonka; and
WHEREAS, said request has been recommended for denial by the
Water structures Committee of Lake Minnetonka Conservation District
(LMCD); and
WHEREAS, the request will be before the LMCD Board of
Directors, Wednesday, April 28, 1993.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Shorewood City Council
that Shorewood's Representative to the LMCD is hereby directed to
seek a compromise on this issue,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that
requested to work with Shorewood's
compromise in this request.
