RESOLUTION NO. 60-93
RESOLUTION RECEMNG REPORT FOR
THE SEASON'S ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted April 26, 1993, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
The Season's Elderly Housing Project, and this report was received by the Council on
June 28, 1993.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such project in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $277,300.
2. No further action will be taken by the Council pending resolution of the
storm sewer funding questions delineated in the report prepared by the City Engineer.
Adopted by the Council this 28th day of June, 1993.
