RESOLUTION NO. 93-6~
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
THE SEASONS ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT
WHEREAS, a certain peti tiori requesting the improvement of
THE SEASONS ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT, was duly presented to the
Council on the 17 day of April, 1993: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted
April 12, 1993, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer
with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by
the Council on June 28, 1993:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SHOREWOOD, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed
by all owners of real property abutting upon the improvements
named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted June 28, 1993.
3.
The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the Council 26th day of July, 1993.
