RESOLUTION NO. 93- 100
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CORRECTIVE DEED
WHEREAS, William and Deidra Grodfrey are owners of certain real
property located at 570$ Echo Road, City of Shorewood (the
Property); and
WHEREAS, the Property is the subject of a plat of survey dated
July 19, 1961; and
WHEREAS, the Property is the subject of an easement dated
November 25, 1980 and recorded December 18, 1980, said easement
containing a minor discrepancy in the legal description; and
WHEREAS, Attorney James N. Grathwol has requested, on behalf of
the owners of the Property, the preparation and execution of a
corrective deed to clear a title to the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby authorize the City Clerk to execute that corrective deed as
approved by the City Attorney to correct the title defect
referenced herein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, of the City of Shorewood this 25th
day of October, 1993.
