CITY OF SHOREWOOD
RESOLUTION NO. 93--111
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO ASSISTANT TO DEPUTY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Administrator is charged with the
management and oversight of personnel throughout the City of
Shorewood; and
WHEREAS, the office of Assistant to Deputy Clerk reports
to the Deputy Clerk and City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the Assistant to Deputy Clerk has been the
subject of periodic review by the City Administrator and Deputy
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the performance reviews of the Assistant to
Deputy Clerk dated July 22, 1991, March 13, 1992, August 20, 1993
and November 19, 1993 indicate the need for improved performance
and execution of duties; and
WHEREAS, on August 20, 1993, the city Administrator
recommended at the time of that periodic performance review the
Assistant to Deputy Clerk be placed on probation wi th
recommendations for improvements in job performance; and
WHEREAS, upon the performance review of November 19,
1993, the City Administrator has recommended to the City Council
their intent to discharge the holder of the office of Assistant to
Deputy Clerk; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does
hereby accept the recommendation of the City Administrator and
Deputy Clerk to discharge the holder of the office of Assistant to
Deputy Clerk.

30th day of November, 1993.
